Working principle

The motor drives the cylinder to rotate through a deceleration device. When the cylinder rotates, the crushed ore and steel balls in the cylinder are brought to a certain height by the liner due to friction and centrifugal force.Due to gravity, they are thrown and spilled, and the ore is gradually crushed under the action of impact and grinding.The crushed ore is discharged out of the cylinder through the discharge part.After the discharged minerals are graded into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill through the combined feeder to continue grinding.The feeder feeds continuously and evenly, and the ore enters the ball mill continuously and evenly through the joint feeder, and the ground material is continuously discharged from the ceramic ball mill.A ceramic ball mill is a grinding equipment that can work continuously 24 hours a day.

Internal structure

The ceramic ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, which consists of the main parts such as the feeding unit, the discharging unit, the rotating unit, and the transmission unit (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control).Gear transmission along the outer edge, two warehouses, lattice type ball mill.The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, the inner lining is removable and replaceable, and the rotary gear is made of casting gear hobbing, and the cylinder body is inlaid with wear-resistant liners, which have good wear resistance.The material is spiraled evenly from the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft into the first silo of the mill. There are stepped liners or corrugated liners in the silo, and steel balls of different specifications are built in. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height and then fall, which will have a heavy blow and grinding effect on the material.After the material reaches rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through a single-layer compartment plate. The warehouse is inlaid with a flat liner and steel balls to further grind the material.The powder is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding operation.
