Product Description

Hydro cyclone is a common separation and classification device, commonly usedCentrifugal sedimentationprinciple.When the two-phase mixture to be separated is tangentially introduced into the cyclone from  periphery of the cyclone at a certain pressure, a strong three-dimensional elliptical strong rotational shear turbulent motion is generated.Due to the difference in particle size between the coarse particles and the fine particles, they are subjected to centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, fluid drag, etc. Due to centrifugal sedimentation, most of the coarse particles are discharged through the bottom opening of the cyclone, and most of the fine particles are The overflow pipe is discharged to achieve the purpose of separation and classification.

                                             

Working principle: 

The basic principle of the cyclone is to separate a two-phase or multi-phase mixture of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, liquid-gas, etc. with a certain density difference under the action of centrifugal force.The mixture is tangentially introduced into the cyclone at a certain pressure to generate a high-speed rotating flow field in the cylindrical chamber.The dense component of the mixture moves downward in the axial direction under the action of the swirling flow field, moves outward in the radial direction,
moves downward along the wall of the cone section, and is discharged from the bottom outlet, thus forming The external vortex flow field; the component with low density moves toward the central axis, and forms an upwardly moving inner vortex at the center of the axis, and then is discharged by the overflow port, thus achieving the purpose of two-phase separation.
