Spiral chute separator Description

XKJ Spiral chute separators incorporate state-of-the-art design and manufacturing technology. Our spiral separators are made of high quality polyurethane with fiberglass banking and wearable corundum inner surface. Generally there are 5 turns in one start and four starts in one column. They can be used for mineral particle sized from 0.02 to 0.3 mm, with processing capacity from 2 to 4 t/h per column. 4 or 6 columns can be joined to form a bank with distributor on the top to suit capacity requirements.
