    The model of domestically produced self centering vibrating screen is SZZ, which has various specifications according to the size of the screen surface area The specification sieve is divided into two types: single-layer sieve (SZZ) and double-layer sieve (SZZ2), most of which are suspended sieves, but there are also those installed on the seat frame.

    It can be used for screening medium and fine-grained materials in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, and coal.

Working Principle

    It mainly consists of sieve box, vibrator, suspension spring and other parts.Screen box 1 is suspended on the floor or frame of the factory building using four spring-loaded suspension rods 4. The inclination angle between the sieve box and the horizontal is 15 ° to 20 °, and there are fixed sieve 2 and vibrator 3 on the soil surface.The screening surface can be single-layer or double-layer. The bearing seat 6 of vibrator 3 is fixed to the side wall of the screen box. The two ends of the main shaft 5 of the vibrator are equipped with pulleys 7 with eccentric weights and flywheels 8.
    There is also an eccentric weight protruding in one direction in the middle of the spindle.The amplitude of the screening box can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of eccentric weights on the pulley and flywheel.The electric motor 9 drives the vibrator through a V-belt, and the eccentric effect of the vibrator is the same as that of the inertial vibrating screen, causing the entire screen box to vibrate.

 

    The main difference between a Custom center vibrating screen and an inertial vibrating screen is that the drive shaft of the inertial vibrating screen is installed concentric with the pulley shaft, while the drive shaft of the self centering vibrating screen is not concentric with the pulley shaft. Below is a brief comparison of these two different structures.
    During the operation of the inertial vibrating screen, when the center line of the pulley and the transmission shaft make circular motion, the screen also makes circular motion with amplitude A as the radius. However, the position R of the center of the small pulley installed on the motor remains unchanged, so the distance between the centers of the two pulleys will change at any time, causing the belt to loosen and tighten, and the belt is prone to fatigue fracture. Moreover, this vibration effect also affects the service life of the motor. To overcome this drawback, a self centering vibrating screen has emerged.
