The XJQ flotation machine is a replica of the Weimke model, which mainly has the following characteristics:

1. It adopts a false bottom and the circulation cylinder can achieve a circulation volume of 2.5 times the tank volume;

2, The stator structure is cylindrical, with vertical bars and long holes on the inner wall, which provides good shear effect on the slurry;

3, The rotor immersion depth is shallow, the impeller speed is low, and the clearance between the impeller and stator is large, so its wear is light and power consumption is greatly reduced;

4, Capable of self-priming air.

Working Principle

 

    When the flotation machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, so the centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On one hand, ample air is absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with additive, meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with foams, and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry and the mineralized foam is formed. The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard, so that the useful foams are scraped with squeegee.
    Under the centrifugal force of the impeller, the mixed slurry enters the mineralized area, the air forms bubbles and is crushed, fully contacts with the coal particles, forming mineralized bubbles. Under the action of the stator and turbulence plate, it is evenly distributed on the section of the tank body, and moves upward into the separation area. The foam layer is formed by the enrichment, and discharged by the foam scraping mechanism, forming the cleaned coal foam.
