FLOTATION MACHINE

The BS-K flotation machine belongs to the deep tank type and inflatable flotation machine. The impeller only serves to stir the slurry, circulate the slurry, and disperse the air, so the wear of vulnerable parts is relatively light, and its power is more economical than other flotation machines. This machine has no self-priming pulp capacity and needs ladder configuration. foam pump is required for returning during operation. This machine has no air self-priming ability and relies on a blower to inject air to improve flotation efficiency.

The BS-K flotation machine has a reasonable structure and innovative concept, which can achieve sufficient stirring strength and good bubble dispersion at a slower impeller speed. The use of a "U" - shaped tank reduces the phenomenon of ore accumulation at the bottom of the tank, avoids the deposition of coarse and smooth minerals, fully utilizes the pumping volume, and can adjust the aeration amount according to changes in production process conditions, thereby facilitating mineral collection and reducing the amount of reagents used. It can also be combined with flotation units to create a DC tank with advanced design. The spindle components are mounted on the frame, and the bearing body structure is lightweight, easy to install. The transmission components can be debugged, making maintenance, adjustment, and inspection convenient.

Working Principle

 

    When the flotation machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, so the centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On one hand, ample air is absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with additive, meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with foams, and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry and the mineralized foam is formed. The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard, so that the useful foams are scraped with squeegee.
    Under the centrifugal force of the impeller, the mixed slurry enters the mineralized area, the air forms bubbles and is crushed, fully contacts with the coal particles, forming mineralized bubbles. Under the action of the stator and turbulence plate, it is evenly distributed on the section of the tank body, and moves upward into the separation area. The foam layer is formed by the enrichment, and discharged by the foam scraping mechanism, forming the cleaned coal foam.
