Brief introduction of gold centrifugal concentrator  :

Gold centrifugal concentrator is an important gravity beneficiation equipment developed by our factory. It is proved by experienced practices that this equipment is high efficient for recovery of placer gold, rock gold, lode gold and monomeric gold in multi-metal ore. It had earned high reputation for replacing mercury plate or any toxic chemical, removing the chemical harm to human body and conductive to environmental protecting.


Application of gold centrifugal concentrator  :

Application shows that the recovery rate can be as high as 90% in tin ore, chrome ore, antimony ore, manganese ore, gold ore,etc.especially for the case less than 2.5mm heavy ores, can reach to 92%.

Note: The standard slurry density in feeding is 35%, The water pressure level in separation process is 0.03-0.06Mpa. This figure is only for your reference, for example: named the water pressure as A=0.02mpa, B=0.03mpa, C=0.04mpa, and then testing these three figures to check the gold concentration grade, delete the lowest grade matched figure, and then text again to choose the most suitable water pressure figure.

 

Working principle  of gold centrifugal concentrator  :

(1).Central transmission shaft is driven by motor through belt, and then make the inner concentrate cone rotate in high speed.

(2).Fluidization water is introduced into the concentrate cone through central transmission shaft, and then spraying water to ring groove from inner cone holes, called backwash water. The water pressure level in separation process: 0.03-0.06Mpa.

(3).ineral materials enter into the inner cone groove by feeding pipe, under the high rotating configuration force, heavy ores will be deposited on the groove but the light ores will go upside along the cone liner, and finally going into tailing discharging pipe from cone upper surroundings.During the separation process, make sure the concentration discharging pipe is closed.

(4).After a cycle process, close down the machine and open the concentration pipe to collect the gold concentration.

Types of Gold Ore

Gold exists in quartzite. Usually, quartz appears as small stones in large cracks in riverbeds or mountain slopes and has crystals in different colors such as white, yellow, pink, purple, gray, or black. The most common types of quartz with gold ore are rose quartz gold ore and rainbow gold ore. A high gold-quartz ore contains 25% gold by mass, and it occurs in areas where the bedrock is fractured by tectonic and volcanic activity.

Placer gold ore with high gold content mostly exists in the form of particles. Therefore, the ideal method to process placer gold ore is gravity separation.


According to different physical and chemical properties of different types of gold ores, flotation separation utilizes various reagents to make the gold attached to the bubbles then scraping these gold particles from blades to get the concentrate.
