Product Description

Composite Cone Crusher is used for processing gravels, ores, all kinds of ore rock with hardness of medium or above, mostly is used for secondary crushing. It is widely used in the industries of metallurgy, building material, road construction, chemical engineering and silicate. Cone crusher has the feature of high crushing ratio, high efficiency, high capacity, low operating cost, easy adjustment and economical operation.

The compound spring cone crusher capacity mine crushing plant is used as a secondary crushing process, which can crush river rock, granite, basalt and iron stone. This machine has the advantages of safety, convenient maintenance, etc., and is equipped with an overload protection device to make the production stable and stable.

PYB spring cone crusher is one of the first cone crusher in our country. It is a new kind of crusher which is developed and improved on the basis of the original cone crusher. The PY series spring cone crusher is mainly used for the two crushing and the three stage crushing. The machine insurance system using spring overload protection, dry oil (or water) in the form of the seal, the user can choose a PYB based on the standard ore type, PYD short head type,PYZ medium crushing chamber. 

WORING PRINCIPLE 
When the Composite cone crusher is working, the engine rotates around a fixed point through the belt wheel or the coupling, meanwhile the transmission shaft and the conical part of the cone crusher are taken under the force of the eccentric bushing, which makes the crushing wall close to the pierced mortar wall at intervals. Then, the ores will be impacted, squeezed and bent constantly in the crushing chamber, resulting in the crushing of the ores.
