Product Introduction:
The vibrating screen works by using the reciprocating rotary vibration generated by the vibrator excitation. The upper rotating weight of the vibrator causes the screen surface to produce plane whirling vibration, while the lower rotating weight causes the screen surface to produce conical rotary vibration, and the effect of its combined action causes the screen surface to produce complex whirling vibration. The vibration trajectory is 1 complex spatial curve. The projection of the curve on the horizontal plane is a circle, and the projection on the vertical plane is an ellipse. Adjust the upper and lower rotating weight of the excitation force, you can change the amplitude. By adjusting the spatial phase angle of the upper and lower weights, the curve shape of the motion trajectory of the screen surface can be changed and the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed.

Screening principle
The power is transmitted from the motor to the driving shaft of the exciter and the gear vibrator (speed ratio is 1) through the triangle belt, so that the three shafts rotate at the same speed to generate exciting force. The exciter is connected with the high-strength bolt of the screen box to generate elliptical motion. Materials on the screen surface with the screen machine high-speed elliptical movement, rapid stratification, through the screen, forward, and finally complete the classification of materials.
