Working principle

The elastic adjustment mechanism is adopted, and the unbreakable materials entering the machine can be automatically discharged without causing equipment damage. The bearing is horizontally arranged, has a long service life, and can crush materials with high temperature (such as cement clinker); The rotor body of this machine has a unique structure, and the rotor body is hardly worn when crushing materials. The rear cavity is provided with a screw rod or a hydraulic opening mechanism, which can easily replace wearing parts without lifting the main equipment.

The material vertically falls into the high-speed rotating impeller from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides and pulverizes with high-speed with another part of the material shunted around the impeller in the form of umbrella. After the material collides with each other, it will collide and pulverize with each other for many times by the vortex formed by the material between the impeller and the casing. It is discharged directly from the lower part to form a closed circuit for many times, the required particle size of the finished product is achieved by the control of the screening equipment.
