2. The full set of machine with 6 set motore, 12 sets of types, it will decrease the maintanance cost and easy operation.Therefore, it can save energy by 10-20%. 
3. We also add 8mm rubber between the liner and barrel, it will reduce the noise and slurry leakage 
4.  We use rubber liner instead of high manganese steel liner

Tyre mill structure:

• The machine consists of the main parts of the feeding part, discharging part, transmission part(reducer, motors, electrical control).
• Motor and reducer support the barrel by tyre transmission the mill .
• The motor and reducer is fixed on the foundation, it drive by tyre drive through the motore and reducer rotation, so-called "no gear".  We will 6 sets of motor and reducer, 12 pieces of tyre, one side of 3 group and symmetrical arrangement.
