Classification method

According to the shape of the cylinder: it can be divided into short cylinder ball mill, the ratio of cylinder length to diameter is 1-2; tube's ball mill, the aspect ratio is 2-7; cone ball mill, the aspect ratio is 0.25-1.0.
According to the operation mode: can be divided into intermittent ball mill and continuous ball mill, continuous ball mill can be divided into open circuit, circulation (closed circuit) type, wind swept ball mill.
According to the discharge method: can be divided into the center of the discharge type ball mill, including overflow type and grid type, as well as the surrounding discharge type ball mill.

Advantages of cement ball mill

1. Power saving
The older equipment saves more than 40% of power. The particle size of the product is more uniform, and the coarse particles and slime are less. Compared with the particle size characteristics of the rod mill product and the ball mill product, the particle size characteristic curve of the open-circuit rod mill product is almost the same as that of the closed-circuit ball mill.
2. Uniform product size
When the material mixed with coarse particles rises along the lining board, the rod mill makes the fine material pass through the seam, which is also conducive to crushing the coarse particles and making the coarse particles concentrated in the place where the grinding medium strikes. Therefore, the particle size of the product of the rod mill is more uniform.

3. Large processing capacity
In the grinding process of the rod mill, the grinding medium is in line contact with the ore, so it has a certain selective grinding effect. Especially when used for rough grinding, the processing capacity of the rod mill is much larger than that of the ball mill of the same specification.
4. Less over-crushing phenomenon
The particle size characteristics of the rod mill product are related to the situation of the rod grinding ore. When the rod mill strikes the ore, the coarse particles are first struck, and then the smaller ore particles are ground, thereby reducing the risk of over-crushing.
5. Adjustable discharge fineness
The particle size of the discharging material can be changed through simple adjustment. The fineness control device is built in. The discharging material can be added with a screening device and two checks to ensure that neither over-grinding nor unqualified products are mixed into the finished product.

Working principle of tire ball mill

The materials enter the first bin of the mill evenly spirally from the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. The bin is equipped with a stepped lining plate or a corrugated lining plate, and steel balls of various specifications are installed. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain height and then fall down, thus causing heavy blow and grinding effect on the materials. After the material reaches rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through the single-layer partition board. The warehouse is inlaid with a flat lining board and steel balls to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
In the process of rotation of the cylinder body, the grinding body also slides down. In the process of sliding down, the material is grinded. In order to effectively utilize the grinding effect, when the material size is generally 20 mesh fine grinding, the grinding body cylinder body is divided into two sections by a partition board, which becomes a double bin. When the material enters the first bin, it is crushed by steel balls. When the material enters the second bin, the steel section grinds the material, qualified ground materials are discharged from the hollow shaft at the discharge end. When grinding materials with small feed particles, such as sand No. 2 slag and coarse fly ash, the barrel of the mill may not be provided with partitions to become a single-bin barrel mill, and the grinding body may also use steel sections.
