Lattice ball mill

Comparison of ball mill and overflow type ball mill

Ball mills are divided into lattice ball mills and overflow ball mills according to the different ways of ore discharge.
Lattice ball mill: the production efficiency is higher than that of overflow ball mill; There is less slurry stored in the ball mill, and the finely ground minerals can be discharged in time. Minerals with higher density are not easy to concentrate in the mill and have less crushing phenomenon. When the steel ball falls, the resistance of the ore slurry is small. lattice type ball mill working principle

This machine is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, outer gear drive, two silos, grid-type ball mill. The materials enter the first bin of the mill evenly spirally through the feeding hollow shaft from the feeding device. The bin is equipped with a stepped lining plate or a corrugated lining plate, and steel balls of different specifications are installed inside. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain height and then fall down, thus causing heavy blow and grinding effect on the materials. After the material reaches rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through the single-layer partition board. The warehouse is inlaid with a flat lining board and steel balls to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
