The ball mill is the key equipment for crushing the material after being crushed. The working principle of ball mill

In the ball mill, the material and a certain amount of air enter the cylinder through the center of the feeding part, and the motor drives the cylinder with medium (steel ball) to rotate through the large and small gear device. The material is impacted by the ball and ground between the ball and the ball and the cylinder liner, fully exposing the fresh surface and getting full mixing. Finally, it is discharged from the mill through the discharge grate plate and the spiral discharge pipe to complete the grinding process. Driven by an asynchronous motor, the cylinder is driven to rotate through the transmission part. When the cylinder rotates, the grinding medium (steel ball) in the cylinder is lifted to a certain height under the action of friction and centrifugal force, and then thrown at a certain speed. The ore is crushed by the impact of the falling steel ball, the additional crushing and grinding between the steel ball and the steel ball, and between the steel ball and the mill, and with the help of air flow will be ground qualified material sent out of the cylinder.

The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, the inner lining can be removed and replaced, the large rotary gear is processed by casting hobbing, and the cylinder is inlaid with a wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. This machine runs smoothly and works reliably.

maintenance and maintenance of ball mill:

1. The lubrication of the main bearing and the main motor bearing directly affects the service life of these parts and the operation rate of the mill. Therefore, the lubricating oil injected must be clean, the seal must be good, and the oil injection amount should be required by the load. After 30 days of oiling for newly replaced or newly installed friction parts, all the oil should be replaced. When replacing new oil, clean the inner wall of the oil cavity. 

When refueling or changing oil in winter, the oil should be heated to about 20 ℃ in advance. Lubricating oil that has deteriorated or is not clean is not allowed to be used.
2. The lubrication and cooling system should be checked frequently, and attention should be paid to whether the work of each part is normal.

The ball mill is mostly used in the circle flow grinding system, which is characterized by high grinding efficiency, large mill output and low power consumption. Generally, the output of the ball mill can be increased by 15-20%, and the power consumption can be reduced by about 10%. In addition, the temperature of the finished product can be reduced by 20-40 ℃, and the fineness of the product is easy to adjust.

Ball mill is mainly used in open flow grinding system. It is characterized by simple system equipment and process flow, low investment and less floor area of the plant. In the mill structure, a special separation device for internal powder selection is adopted, an activation device is added to the fine grinding bin, and a special discharge grate plate is provided at the grinding tail, which minimizes the size of grinding medium in the grinding bin, greatly improves the grinding efficiency, and achieves the purposes of high output and low energy consumption.
