[Introduction]:

The ball mill is a key equipment for regrinding. It is widely used for the cement, the silicate product,
new type building material, fire-proof material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal, glass,
ceramics and etc.Our ball mill can grind ore or other materials, such as copper, gold, zinc, iron, chrome
etc various mines which can be grinded either by wet process or by dry process,ball mill machine make
a circular process with spiral classifier in ore grinding processing.Ball mills are used primary for single
stage fine grinding, regrinding, and as the second stage in two stage grinding circuits. According to the
need of customers, ball mill can be either wet or dry designs. Ball mills have been designed in standard
sizes of the final products between 0.074 mm and 0.4 mm in diameter.

Working  Principle

When the ball mill works, the materials are fed into the hollow cylinder for grinding.
There are all kinds of grinding media with different diameters placed in the cylinder.
Rotation of the horizontal cylinder creates centrifugal forces which elevates the balls
to a certain height where they fall back, grinding the materials
