Product Introduction
The linear vibrating screen is driven by two vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor shaft and superimpose into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft. Therefore, the movement trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts of it have an inclination Angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the excitation force and the self-weight of the material, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line in a jumping manner, thus achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. It can be used in assembly lines to achieve automated operations. It features low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance and a fully enclosed structure with no dust spillage. With a screening mesh count of 400, materials of different particle sizes can be separated.

It is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, suspension (or support) device and motor. The motor drives the main shaft of the vibration exciter to rotate through the triangular belt. Due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the vibration exciter, the screen box is vibrated. Different amplitudes can be obtained by changing the eccentric weight of the exciter.
