Flotation Machine Features
1. High separation precision, large air-absorption capacity.
2. High processing capacity, unit volume capacity is 2-3 times of conventional ones.
3. The operation cost is low, saving power by 1/3 to 1/2.
4. Reasonable circulation of mineral slurry.
5. Simple operation, high degree of automation.
Flotation Machine Working principle
This machine belongs to deep tank type flotation cell, equipped with blower for air supply. The flotation cell has U-shaped tank, reducing the slurry sediment to the least, reasonable support structure of the tank, large space between the support, even air dispersion, stable foam in good suspension. The design of impeller structure and the flow channel between impeller blades is reasonable, so that the impellers can be even wore and stator has long service life. JJF is equipped with simple air distributor, easy installation, good air distribution.
Notes for selection
1. While placing your order, in addition to specifying the model and quantity, make sure to provide the flotation circuit and the follows
(1) Configuration scheme and feeding mode
(2) Quantity of the scrapers and mode of drive (right drive or left drive)
(3) Quantities of feeding chambers, intermediate chambers, and crude ore chambers
(4) Other special requirements
2. No electric control cabinet will be supplied.
3. The flashboard will be made according to the manufacturer's drawings. And the electric driven flashboard will be adopted for large-scale flotation machine
