While using the principle of the traditional mineral processing centrifuge, the water jacket centrifuge also applies backwash pressure water on the inner surface of the mineral processing components, so as to overcome the defect that the mineral processing tax rate decreases due to the hardening of the ore layer in the mineral processing process of the traditional centrifugal mineral processing machine. This new feature is achieved by a special way of adding a water jacket to the centrifuge.

Product Structure
The motor drives the hollow shaft through the belt drive to make the inner sleeve partition groove rotate at high speed, the mineral material enters the inner sleeve partition groove through the ore pipe, the mineral material is fully separated under the centrifugal action, and the heavy mineral stays in the inner sleeve partition groove. Light minerals are discharged through the tailings discharge pipe. After one shift of operation, the concentrate is discharged from the concentrate port and then enters the next 1 circulation operation.
