Pendulum feeder is to achieve continuous and uniform feeding of mechanical equipment, it is installed in the storage tank or funnel below, dry and not easy to agglomerate materials, such as ore, coal and so on. However, it is not suitable for conveying powdered materials, which is easy to cause blockage and affect the feeding. At the same time, it can also cause powder to fly and affect the cleanliness of the workplace. It can also be used as a lock when the machine is not working. This machine adopts worm gear reducer, its structure size is very compact, and is equipped with a reliable sealing device, it is not easy to make dust and dirt into the internal and affect the work.

The pendulum feeder is suitable for small pieces of materials, with simple structure, low price and management, but the working accuracy is poor, the feeding is discontinuous, the measurement is difficult, and the wear is serious. In the sintering plant, it is mostly used in the fuel crushing chamber and is arranged under the ore tank. The purpose of the fuel crushing chamber of the sintering plant is to improve the working conditions of the electromagnet. Because the material on the small adhesive tape under the fuel mine tank is easily compressed by the mine tank material column, the working condition of the electromagnetic iron absorber deteriorates. After adding the pendulum feeder, the material layer on the tape is loose, and the working effect of the electromagnet is greatly improved.

Adjustment method

Precautions for maintenance

(1) When the machine is connected to the appropriate position under the accumulator with screws, the installation is completed.
(2) Before entering the work, it is necessary to check whether sufficient lubricating oil is added to the worm gear reducer and whether the lubricating grease is filled in each movable joint part. When it is found that it is not enough, fill each part with sufficient lubricating oil.
(3) Before starting the motor, the elastic coupling should be pulled out by hand to observe the joint activities of the eccentric wheel connecting rod and jaw plate. If inflexible jamming is found, it should be eliminated.
(4) After completing the above steps, you can turn on the power to make it idle for 2-3 minutes, all work is under normal conditions, you can enter normal operation.

(1) always pay attention to the wear and tear of the moving parts.
(2) Always check whether the lubricating oil of each bearing reducer is missing. According to the actual use, the reducer can change the lubricating oil in January-February.
(3) The adjustment device is not allowed to work during the operation of the machine.
(4) When the machine fails or the movement is not flexible, first turn off the motor, and then eliminate it after parking.
(5) Always keep the inside and outside of the machine clean.
