Product Description

1.Diesel engine jaw crusher introduction:

 

 

Jaw crusher is mainly used to coarse crushing and middle crushing, and is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy, and chemical industries, the largest compression resistance of the material is 320MPa. Usually used more in the quarry plant, construction base, and artificial sand making plant.  the mobile jaw crusher used for the building material rubbish, consturcution waste etc.

 

PE Series is used in primary crushing, while PEX series is used in secondary crushing and fine crushing.

 

 

2. jaw crusher features:

This series jaw crusher has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, even particle size, simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, economic operating costs.

 

3. jaw crusher structure:

The jaw crusher is composed of frame, eccentric shaft, large pulley, flywheel, moving jaw, side guards, elbow board, elbow board backseat, adjust gap screw, return spring, fixed jaw plate and active jaw plates, of which elbow board plays a role as insurance.

 

 

4. Use of jaw crusher:

 

(1) Start feeding after checking that the machine works well.
(2) Evenly put the material into the machine, and avoid putting material from the side or feeding too much to avoid over feeding, sudden load change or being blocked.
(3) Stop feeding before stopping machine. Stop motor after all materials discharged.
(4) Stop the motor if there is any stagnancy due to the blocking up of material inside the machine.
(5) The other side can be used if one side of fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate are worn.
(6) Check all fixed parts before starting to use and tighten the part if it is loosening.

We will load different sizes of packing according to different machine sizes, and the normal packing is in wooden cases (size: L *). If exported to European countries, wood frame will be fumigation.
