1. The extracted ore below 210 mm should be crushed by jaw crusher PE250X400 by chute feeder CG600X500 continuous and evenly, the chute feeder put under the hopper, the crushed ore feed to the fine jaw cruser PEX150X750 by belt conveyor , the discharge size will transport to the hopper.
The crushed ore usually reach <25mm, the crushing part one day works 8-10 hours, it work at day time, at night , the crushered ore will be store in the hopper.
2. The crushed ore usually is <25mm will through the swaying feeder BK 4000X400 or electricvibrating feeder GZ-2 feeder to the ball mill,accroding to the feeder and ball mill distance and terrain, sometime we also need to add one belt conveyor , the crushed ore feed to the ball mill for grinding.
The ball mill 1500x3000 or 1500x3500 and spiral classifier FLG1200 or hydro cyclone will formed a closed circulte, the bigger size discharge from the classifier or hydro cyclone will retrrn to the ball mill for regrinding , the suitable size will flow to the mixing tank.
There is a theory that if the weights of solid particles are different, the sedimentations will be different, and the mixed ore can be classified by screw classifier.
3.The slurry will flow into flotation separator, we as per the ore grade and property different
chemical are added according to different characteristics of ore, so that the needed ore is separated from others.
4. Since the separated ore are wet, they should be dewatered by thickener and filter initially, and dried by drier. Finally, the dry minerals come into being. The specific production flow is as the photos.
